As the founder of IWC (Integrative Wing Chun), Sifu Chow has over 45 year experience in Kung Fu and martial arts. Sifu Chow was trained and grew up in Hong Kong, which was the birth Place of Bruce Lee’s Wing Chun and JKD. Bruce Lee was trained under Grand Master Ip Man in the 50’s then brought Wing Chun to California in the 60’s. Sifu Chow was trained in the 60’s and brought Wing Chun to New York in the 70’s. Today, Sifu Chow has affiliated schools around the world.

 

Although Sifu Chow teaches traditional Ip Man Wing Chun, he also follows Bruce Lee’s “No limit is the limit” mission to expanding the traditional Wing Chun. People call Sifu Chow’s Integrative Wing Chun is a MMA Wing Chun because it covers all 3 fight ranges: long range, close range and ground range.
